Boston, MA, September 9, 2024 - Today, Form Health, the leading provider of science-based obesity care in the United States, announced that Theresa Nute has been hired to serve as Vice President, Health Plans. In her role, Theresa will be responsible for working with health plans to recommend and offer Form Health as their obesity solution.
Theresa has extensive experience working with growth-stage healthcare technology companies. Most recently, she served as General Manager, Health Plans for fertility and family planning clinic, Kindbody. Earlier in her career, she worked in senior sales roles at Verisk Health, Edifecs, and Apixio. Starting in 2015, she spent nearly 7 years at Teladoc as Area Vice President Health Plan Sales before moving to HealthEdge where she served as Vice President of Business Development.

In June, Form announced it had raised $38 million in funding to accelerate its work with enterprise partners, support the hiring of American Board of Obesity Medicine (ABOM) physicians to deliver science-based obesity care, and invest in its telehealth technology platform.
