How it works
Each patient receives of one-on-one, personalized care delivered by a Care Team, led by an ABOM-certified physician. Our Care Teams also include Advanced Practice Providers and Registered Dietitians with specialized training in obesity treatment, as well as support staff like care coordinators, pharmacy technicians, group and community moderators, and others. This Care Team develops an individualized plan that addresses behavioral health, nutrition, and physical activity. Patients may receive a prescription for FDA-approved medication, if clinically appropriate. Convenient virtual care makes it easy for patients to stay engaged with frequent video visits, messaging, tracking tools, and educational resources.
