Today, Form Health, the virtual obesity medicine clinic, announced the hiring of Kristen Vener as Vice President, Consultant Relations and Brian Walker as Vice President, Sales.

Kristen Vener has spent two decades as a business development and relationships leader in the employee health and benefits industry. She began her career as HR Benefits Counselor for TIAA-Cref before spending over a decade at Mercer, where she held several senior roles focused on wellness and care management programs. She then served in senior roles at Quest Diagnostics, Shortlister, and Accolade, and most recently served as VP, Consultant Relations at Sharecare, a health engagement platform and clinical advocacy solution for employers and health plans.

Brian Walker joins Form Health with over 25 years of senior sales experience, leading teams at several high-growth digital healthcare companies. Most recently he was part of the sales leadership team at Hello Heart, where he led the sales teams for their large and strategic markets. Brian began his career as SVP, Sales and Marketing for RealLife HR, which was acquired by Hewitt Associates in 2007. He went on to join the leadership team at Aon Hewitt and later held leadership roles with Mercer and Grand Rounds.

“We are thrilled that Kristen and Brian have joined our rapidly growing commercial team and are working with us on our mission to deliver the highest quality clinical obesity care to as many people as possible,“ said Evan Richardson, founder and CEO of Form Health. “We’ve recently accelerated our work helping employers expand access to clinical obesity care while managing costs, and both Kristen and Brian are integral in bringing our evidence-based approach to businesses and organizations across the United States. I look forward to working with each of them.”

Last year, Form Health announced the launch of FormFit™, a program helping employers expand access to high-quality, clinical obesity care while managing costs. Employers looking to control cost can leverage FORMfit to manage GLP-1s while also providing a high-impact obesity solution that utilizes lower-cost medications or no medication as appropriate. Employers ready to invest in GLP-1s can offer employees comprehensive wrap-around clinical care from Form that maximizes weight loss results and their ROI. FORMfit allows employers to ensure that all employees with obesity have access to best-in-class, specialized clinical care rather than cutting off access due to budgetary constraints.

In January, Form Health announced it had expanded its commercial leadership team.
