What should I eat while on Saxenda (liraglutide)?

How long it takes for Saxenda® to work will vary from person to person. With Saxenda, you start on a low dose and increase slowly in order to reduce side effects from the medication. Different people will notice a change in their weight at different times in the dosing schedule.

Can I drink coffee on Saxenda?

If you are experiencing acid reflux as a side effect of taking Saxenda, you may want to adjust what you eat on Saxenda accordingly. Avoid or reduce your intake of common food triggers such as drinking coffee on Saxenda, alcohol, peppermint, spicy foods, and acidic foods.
