How to take Contrave (naltrexone/bupropion) for the best results?

For the best results with Contrave® for weight loss, first and foremost remember that medication is one tool but not the only tool for weight loss. Contrave must be used in combination with a low calorie diet, increased physical activity and behavior modification as that is how it was shown to be effective in studies. Behavior modification can include implementing food tracking/journaling, having healthier foods more accessible (e.g. meal prepping, organizing the fridge so fruits/veggies are at eye level, etc.), and more!
